Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, professional service ensuring guests have an exceptional experience throughout their stay.
• Possess detailed knowledge of in-suite services, technology, hotel amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
• Coordinate with front office and Food & Beverage teams to prepare guest rooms timely and accommodate special requests.
• Welcome guests warmly, act as their main contact during their stay, assisting with all arrangements and requests.
• Manage packing/unpacking services, F&B room service, and ensure smooth collaboration with other departments for seamless suite access and service.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of assigned work areas, equipment, and materials.

Candidate Profile

• Bring unique personality and passion to the role and team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail and adaptability to dynamic situations.
• Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with multiple departments.
• Energetic, guest-oriented professional committed to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions.
• Proficient with PMS, payroll, and purchasing software; computer literacy required.
• Excellent communication abilities in English; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is advantageous.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a relevant luxury 5-star brand role; pre-opening and Middle East experience preferred.
• Must hold professional butler certification.
