Factory Worker

Job Overview

A Factory Worker is responsible for operating manufacturing machinery, assembling components, inspecting products for quality assurance, and packaging finished goods for delivery. All tasks must be performed while adhering to strict safety standards on the factory floor.

Primary Duties

• Operate production machinery and assembly line equipment in a safe manner
• Manually assemble goods or parts using hand tools as necessary
• Observe the manufacturing flow and remove any defective products
• Prepare products by packing and labeling them appropriately for shipment
• Keep the work area clean and organized to support safe operations
• Alert supervisors promptly about any equipment malfunctions

Qualifications and Skills

• Completion of high school or GED equivalent
• Good physical fitness capable of standing for long periods and lifting heavy items
• Meticulous attention to detail along with fundamental arithmetic skills
• Ability to adhere strictly to safety protocols and use required protective gear
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
