Position Summary
South Australia Police is seeking dedicated individuals to join their Expiation Notice Branch as Expiation Notice Officers. This role involves handling the initial administrative processing and evaluation of expiation notices along with associated duties, ensuring timely and accurate processing compliant with legislation and departmental protocols. Officers will engage with both internal and external stakeholders, offering high-quality customer service, with opportunities to gain experience by rotating through different teams in the Branch including the Expiation Notice Branch Call Centre.
Application and Selection Process
The recruitment process is ongoing for twelve months, allowing candidates to apply any time during this period. Successful applicants will be placed in an employment pool for one year and may be contacted to start employment which includes induction and training. Applicants external to SAPOL must submit an Employment Declaration Form (RF2099) with their application. Applications must comprise a CV and a cover letter (maximum of two pages) addressing the essential and desirable criteria specified in the Position Information Document (PID).
Salary and Employment Details
The position is classified as ASO2 with a salary range of $64,195 to $67,154 per annum. It is offered on a short-term contract basis and located onsite in Adelaide, South Australia.
