Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced waiter to join Bivacco’s vibrant team. This role requires a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry, particularly in fast-paced venues. A solid understanding of food and beverages is highly valued, along with strong communication skills and a knack for upselling menu items. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays is essential.
