Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a premium customer experience from vehicle check-in through to delivery.
• Establish and maintain long-term client relationships with clear, transparent communication.
• Accurately record customer issues and prepare detailed repair orders.
• Explain maintenance needs, repair requirements, and pricing clearly to customers.
• Offer proactive updates to customers throughout the service process.
• Coordinate efficiently with technicians and the parts department to complete repairs on schedule.
• Review repair orders for completeness and accuracy prior to vehicle handover.
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and empathetically.
• Maintain exemplary organizational skills managing multiple tasks and customer expectations.
• Represent the Porsche brand professionally and with integrity.

Required Qualifications

• At least two years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
• Exceptional skills in customer service and relationship management.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management capabilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy dealership environment.
• Professional appearance with a positive demeanor.
• Familiarity with CDK Drive is advantageous.
• Experience in a luxury automotive dealership setting is preferred.
