About the Role

This full-time position based in Gurugram involves the management of advanced-stage applicant pipelines for undergraduate, postgraduate, and certificate programs at the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. The role centers around providing consultative counselling to qualified applicants and their families, carefully assessing their suitability for the programs, articulating academic challenges and career benefits, and assisting candidates in making well-informed enrollment decisions. It is not a mass tele-calling or aggressive sales role, but rather one demanding professional maturity and strong academic communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of advanced admission funnels for undergraduate, postgraduate, and certificate courses.
• Offer individualized counselling to working professionals pursuing postgraduate and certificate programs, as well as students and parents for undergraduate courses.
• Effectively communicate the academic rigor, assessment methods, weekly workload, and career trajectories associated with programs.
• Evaluate candidate eligibility and confirm their alignment with program requirements.
• Drive enrollment completions while preserving the institution's credibility and quality standards.
• Conduct structured follow-ups across varying decision timelines, from short-term certificate decisions to longer undergraduate and postgraduate choices.
• Maintain meticulous customer relationship management (CRM) records and pipeline data.
• Work in coordination with marketing and applicant operations teams to ensure a smooth experience.
• Meet enrollment targets aligned with compliance and quality guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience

• Mandatory bachelor's degree, preferably in STEM or Management disciplines.
• Postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in higher education or premium EdTech admissions sectors.
• Experience counselling either working professionals or students and parents; exposure to both is preferred.
• Familiarity with degree, diploma, or executive education programs is desirable.
