Role Overview

This position acts as the main liaison between the organization and government bodies in the UAE. The role focuses on ensuring that all official and regulatory matters are handled promptly, accurately, and professionally.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Handle the collection, submission, and follow-up of government applications and legal paperwork.
  • Prepare and process official documents required by agencies such as the Ministry of Economic, courts, chambers of commerce, Tadweer, Civil Defense, Traffic & Transport Department, and municipalities for both new and renewal vehicle-related matters.
  • Represent the company at government-related offices, including airports, embassies, police stations, ministries, municipalities, and traffic departments whenever needed.
  • Support the office in resolving issues related to vehicle registration and renewal.
  • Oversee Salik and traffic fine administration for new and existing vehicles across taxi, limousine, and private vehicle categories.
  • Advise the business and employees on permits, approvals, incident investigations, and other government procedures.
  • Maintain a daily record of driver fines and ensure all entries are updated in the D365 system.

People Management

  • Communicate with taxi drivers regarding renewal of expired driving licenses and support court filings against customers who do not pay fare trips.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with regulatory authorities such as RTA, CID, and Dubai Police, as well as customers and partners.
  • Contribute to organizational change efforts aimed at improving efficiency and performance.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support business goals and outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

The role requires strong PR experience and a solid background in UAE government-related processes.
