Executive Director - Delivery - Residential

About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is searching for a seasoned Executive Director to lead the delivery of residential development projects within the greater Qiddiya initiative. This leadership position is key to creating exemplary living environments by prioritizing quality, deadlines, and satisfaction of all stakeholders involved.

Key Duties

• Lead and manage all aspects of residential project delivery ensuring projects align with Qiddiya’s strategic vision and maintain rigorous quality standards.
• Create and execute delivery frameworks, systems, and methods specifically designed for residential developments.
• Oversee collaborative efforts among interdisciplinary teams including contractors and consultants to promote efficient use of resources.
• Continuously track project milestones and identify risks, implementing prompt mitigation steps to keep projects on track.
• Ensure all residential projects comply with local laws, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders such as developers, governmental bodies, and community members.
• Report transparently and regularly to senior leadership on project progress, challenges faced, and upcoming opportunities.
• Coach and develop the project delivery team fostering skill growth and a culture committed to excellence.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a similar discipline is required; a master's qualification is preferred.
• Proven experience working with major real estate developers on the client side is essential.
• At least 20 years of extensive experience in delivering residential projects, with a substantive history in senior leadership roles within large-scale development settings.
• Demonstrated success managing complex residential projects specifically in Saudi Arabia.
• Comprehensive understanding of local construction standards, legal requirements, and industry best practices relevant to residential developments.
• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Adaptable and able to excel in a dynamic, fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
