Position Overview
Sunbeam House Services is looking for a highly organized and proficient Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Director of Quality, Safety, Practice & Development. This permanent, full-time role based in Bray, Co. Wicklow offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and contribute significantly to the organisation's achievements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to senior management.
- Coordinate and oversee important projects and executive tasks.
- Effectively manage multiple competing priorities and strict deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience assisting senior executives.
- Outstanding organizational and communication capabilities.
- Maintaining high confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
- Strong ability to prioritize and handle several tasks simultaneously.
