Role Summary
This Executive Business Partner position offers significant impact, providing comprehensive support to the CEO and Leadership Team beyond traditional administrative tasks. The role requires coordination of leadership activities, ensuring operational excellence and driving strategic priorities with hands-on ownership of execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main support for the CEO, managing complex, multi-location scheduling.
- Organise Leadership Team meetings, monthly reviews, and strategic sessions.
- Develop detailed briefing materials to keep leaders well-informed.
- Facilitate prioritisation and follow-up to maintain momentum and accountability.
- Coordinate Board meetings including preparation, collating board materials, scheduling, and managing follow-up actions.
- Maintain governance documents and uphold organisational discipline.
- Oversee office administration to maintain a professional work environment.
- Support internal company events and offsite leadership gatherings.
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
- Arrange complex travel itineraries domestically and internationally, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with policies.
- Manage expenses and approvals.
- Assist with cross-functional projects and leadership initiatives, tracking progress and facilitating communication across teams.
Candidate Profile
- Degree or equivalent experience.
- Documented success supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
- Experience in dynamic, high-performance workplaces such as professional services, construction, or consulting.
- Proficient in managing board or high-level stakeholder coordination.
- Comfortable leveraging AI technologies to enhance productivity and simplify administrative tasks.
- Strong organisational skills with focus on clarity and discipline.
- Trusted with handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent executive communication skills—clear, concise, and professional.
- Proactive approach to anticipating needs and overcoming obstacles.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
