Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complex calendar management with proactive follow-ups across venture investments, brand collaborations, and content scheduling for social media.
• Coordinate production logistics, prepare presentation materials, and obtain necessary approvals for brand partnerships within tight deadlines linked to multiple creative projects.
• Perform critical personal administration and practical logistics, including errands and pet care, ensuring the smooth operation of the founder’s daily life and professional activities.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting a high-net-worth individual, entrepreneur, or public figure rather than a corporate environment.
• Strong digital literacy with proficiency in G Suite and modern productivity tools; familiarity with Canva and AI technologies such as ChatGPT or Claude is advantageous.
• Highly trustworthy, resourceful, and capable of operating efficiently within a home office setup, adept at managing both business and personal responsibilities discreetly.
