Job description
Role Overview
The Executive Assistant acts as a critical administrative partner to senior executives, facilitating efficient management of high-level schedules, communications, and business functions to enhance leadership effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently coordinate complex calendars, schedule meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Manage communication channels by screening calls, handling emails, and serving as a liaison to both internal teams and external contacts.
- Plan and arrange comprehensive travel plans including flights, accommodations, and expense tracking.
- Develop various business documents such as reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using office software like PowerPoint and Excel.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in handling delicate corporate and personal information.
Required Qualifications
- Possess 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in administrative roles supporting senior management.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be proficient in office productivity software including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, as well as digital communication platforms.
- Exhibit superior organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize time effectively.
