Events Manager

Overview

Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking an experienced Events Manager to lead the planning and delivery of high-end luxury events in the Dubai region. This role demands creativity, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for creating memorable experiences that enhance brand visibility and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the yearly events strategy and calendar aligned with the Maison's business goals.
• Plan and execute outstanding events punctually, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Retail, and other departments to design engaging client and business experiences.
• Manage multiple events concurrently ensuring smooth coordination from concept to finish.
• Lead event teams and coordinate with external agencies and suppliers to guarantee operational excellence.
• Forge and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful event delivery.
• Oversee event budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and control costs while maximizing event value.
• Track performance metrics and seek continuous improvements in event execution.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, health and safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
• Introduce innovative ideas to continuously raise the quality of events and enrich client experiences.
