Overview
We are seeking a skilled ERP Manager with extensive experience in textile manufacturing, particularly in spinning mills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the ERP system to support various departments and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the ERP system, ensuring smooth functionality.
- Provide ERP support to production, stores, purchase, sales, finance, HR, and maintenance teams.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot different ERP modules as needed.
- Track production, inventory, yarn stock, raw materials, and dispatch activities through the ERP system.
- Develop and deliver MIS reports and dashboards to assist management decision-making.
- Maintain accurate data, enforce system security, and manage user access rights.
- Liaise with ERP vendors for system implementation, upgrades, and resolving technical issues.
- Conduct training sessions for employees on ERP system usage and best practices.
- Drive business process improvements via ERP automation and optimization initiatives.
- Keep comprehensive documentation, standard operating procedures, and support internal audits.
Candidate Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce, or related disciplines.
- Between 5 and 10 years of ERP management experience within spinning mills or textile manufacturing environments.
- Hands-on familiarity with textile-specific ERP software or major platforms like SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, etc.
Essential Skills
- ERP system administration and configuration
- Textile manufacturing process knowledge
- Production and inventory management expertise
- Proficiency in MIS reporting and MS Excel
- Strong problem-solving and team coordination abilities
- Experience managing vendor relations
- Understanding of PF, ESI and compliance with statutory benefits
Additional Information
- Salary Range: Up to ₹45,000 per month, gross
- Additional Benefits: Food and accommodation provided
- Work Location: Tirupur
- Working Days: Monday through Saturday
