About the Company
The client is a rapidly expanding manufacturer and EPC contractor specializing in waste heat recovery boilers, including both water tube and fire tube boilers, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, economisers, and storage tanks. Headquartered in Hyderabad, the company operates across India and exports globally.
Job Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for managing EPC projects related to boilers, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and economiser packages, ensuring completion within stipulated time frames and budgets. A strong focus will be on inspiring and motivating project teams and ensuring full compliance with statutory regulations. Proficiency with CPM and PERT project management software is essential.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
- Approximately 14 years of extensive experience in project management specifically within EPC for boilers, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and economiser packages.
- Proficient use of CPM and PERT project management tools.
- Strong oral and written communication capabilities.
- Skillful in engaging with various tiers of management both inside and outside the company.
- Ability to effectively motivate and lead teams.
- Commitment to adhere strictly to statutory obligations and safety regulations.
- Technologically adept and comfortable with project software tools.
