Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Serve as an integral member of the SourceOne management team, delivering energy consulting support and fostering strong customer relationships.
• Report directly to the Supervisor of Energy Management.
• Deliver professional services to maintain and enhance account relationships.
• Collect and compile data from diverse sources to support utility management.
• Manage daily and monthly utility data for multiple customers.
• Validate and confirm customer costs and usage through rate engine analysis.
• Address customer queries and resolve issues related to utility billing.
• Facilitate new customer account setups and data access authorizations.
• Create tailored reports to meet unique customer requirements.
• Coordinate with utility representatives and commodity suppliers as necessary.
• Support administrative tasks including accounting, reporting, sales assistance, data entry, backup phone support, and general office operations.
• Assist project management efforts as requested by senior management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in Business, Mathematics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields is required.
• Some prior experience in energy, utilities, or related industries is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail with an ability to ensure accuracy in work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional telephone etiquette.
• Ability to acquire and apply new skills effectively and efficiently.
• Competence in using various computer applications.
• Effective prioritization of workload.
• High standards of professionalism and ethical integrity.

Additional Information

Salary Range: $65,000 to $73,000 annually.
