Overview

Alignerr collaborates with premier AI research groups to develop state-of-the-art AI models. We are looking for skilled EMR/EHR Implementation Specialists to assist healthcare organizations in deploying, customizing, and optimizing electronic medical record systems, including Epic and Cerner platforms. This role is crucial in aligning digital clinical platforms with practical healthcare workflows to ensure precise, smooth, and dependable care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead configuration, deployment, and tailored customization of EMR/EHR systems like Epic and Cerner to fit organizational workflows.
Evaluate clinical and administrative processes to guarantee systems support effective, compliant, and user-friendly healthcare operations.
Identify and resolve system issues, implement functional improvements, and facilitate adoption among healthcare staff.

Candidate Profile

Proven experience in rolling out or improving EMR/EHR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, or similar solutions.
Comprehensive understanding of clinical and administrative processes in healthcare settings.
Capability to convert operational requirements into effective system setups.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience related to data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems is an advantage.
