Role overview
The Employee Relations Specialist will support day-to-day employee relations work by addressing staff concerns, helping ensure adherence to internal policies and labor regulations, assisting with disciplinary actions, carrying out investigations, and contributing to a healthy and constructive workplace culture.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 3 years of practical experience in employee relations.
- Working knowledge of labor legislation and accepted HR practices.
- Strong ability to communicate, manage conflict, and build positive working relationships.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office tools and HR software/systems.
- Good written and spoken English.
