Key Responsibilities

• Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and improve conversion rates by effectively turning inquiries into confirmed enrollments while collaborating with the team to eliminate obstacles to conversion.
• Deliver outstanding, client-focused service through various communication channels including phone, email, and face-to-face visits; help potential clients understand services offered, tailor solutions to their needs, and foster lasting relationships.
• Serve as a client advocate by informing clients about available services, managing expectations aligned with PFEC's standards, and proactively following up with existing and potential clients.
• Maintain a strong application conversion ratio by conducting timely follow-ups with educational providers to secure application results promptly.
• Keep comprehensive and current knowledge regarding university programs, admission requirements, and scholarship opportunities, staying informed about industry developments to ensure PFEC Global's leadership status.
• Assist the marketing team by sharing market insights and trends.
• Ensure efficient counselor and sales support operations through completing administrative tasks and maintaining detailed records in the CRM system.
• Attend all meetings punctually, strictly adhere to company policies and procedures, and perform additional tasks as delegated by the supervisor.

Candidate Requirements

• Preferably possess at least one year of experience as an Education Counsellor, though this is not a strict requirement.
• Applications are welcome from fresh graduates or those new to the field.
• Individuals from the South Asian subcontinent will be given additional consideration.
