Role Overview
ADDEORA Technologies is seeking a full-time remote Ecommerce Executive with hands-on experience in Amazon Seller Central and Shopify. The role is focused on managing ecommerce operations end to end, from product uploads and listing optimization to order handling, customer support, and sales tracking. The company is looking for someone dependable, committed for the long term, and able to take ownership of daily ecommerce work.
What You Will Handle
- Oversee and maintain the Amazon Seller Central account.
- Update the Shopify store, upload products, and manage orders.
- Build and refine product listings, including titles, descriptions, keywords, pricing, and images.
- Support lead generation efforts and contribute to sales growth.
- Manage customer orders through the full processing cycle.
- Work with logistics partners, vendors, and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.
- Monitor stock levels, pricing changes, and competitor activity.
- Respond to customer questions, returns, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Review sales performance and prepare simple reports.
- Assist with ecommerce campaigns, promotional activity, and marketplace expansion.
What We Are Looking For
- Prior experience working with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify.
- Solid understanding of ecommerce workflows and daily operations.
- Ability to draft clear, engaging, and conversion-focused product copy.
- Experience in lead generation and customer follow-up.
- Strong verbal and written communication, along with coordination skills.
- A responsible, detail-focused person who can work independently.
- Working knowledge of SEO, product keywords, and listing optimization is an added advantage.
Working Arrangement
This is a full-time remote position. Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Saturday, with Sunday as a fixed weekly off.
Compensation
The role offers an attractive salary along with incentives.
