Role Overview
The Early Childhood Educator position is a full-time, on-site role located in the United Arab Emirates at Newlands School Dubai. This role involves designing and implementing engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with early childhood curricula while providing a secure, welcoming, and inclusive environment. Responsibilities include monitoring children's progress, tailoring instruction to various learning needs, and supporting social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
Regular interaction with families and staff, active involvement in school events and extracurricular programs, plus maintaining comprehensive records and order in the classroom setting, are key aspects of the role. Collaboration with the teaching team is essential to uphold and enhance the school's value-driven educational approach.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong expertise in Early Childhood Development with hands-on experience in early years settings.
