Role overview
First Choice Global Sales & Merchandising Group is hiring an entry-level E-Commerce Specialist to support day-to-day warehouse e-commerce activity. This role is focused on accurate order handling, inventory control, and timely customer order delivery. It suits someone who is reliable, detail-focused, comfortable in a busy warehouse setting, and able to work with basic computer tools while delivering dependable service.
What you will do
- Receive, process, and complete online customer orders with speed and accuracy.
- Pick items, pack them properly, and get shipments ready to go out.
- Monitor orders, returns, and exchanges through the fulfillment process.
- Keep inventory records accurate and flag any stock differences or mismatches.
- Help with unloading, storing, restocking, and arranging merchandise.
- Enter and update inventory data in e-commerce and warehouse systems.
- Coordinate with Customer Service and Operations to fix order-related problems.
- Escalate website or order processing issues to the correct internal team.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workspace.
- Adhere to company safety rules and warehouse operating procedures.
- Take on other related duties as needed.
What we are looking for
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, retail, or order fulfillment setting is helpful but not mandatory.
- Comfort with basic computer work, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to learn and use e-commerce and warehouse management systems.
- Strong accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Ability to work without close supervision and juggle multiple tasks.
- Reliable, positive, and committed to a strong work ethic.
Physical demands
This job requires being on your feet for long periods, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds during the workday. If needed, you must be able to operate warehouse equipment safely after training. The role is based in a warehouse environment where temperatures may vary.
