About Us
Yas Plaza Hotels by Aldar Hospitality is a vibrant collection of six international hotels located at the heart of Yas Island in Abu Dhabi. This destination flawlessly combines leisure, enjoyment, and entertainment, making it the perfect gateway to the Yas Island experience.
Role Overview
As a Doorman at Yas Plaza Hotels, you will be the first welcoming presence for guests, tasked with delivering professional, courteous, and guest-centric service. Your duties include greeting guests warmly, opening vehicle doors, arranging transportation such as taxis, offering directions and advice on nearby attractions and public transit, and assisting with luggage. Your aim is to help create a memorable and pleasant stay for each guest.
Candidate Profile
- Previous hospitality experience is essential, ideally with a background in concierge services.
- A highly customer-focused, alert, and proactive individual with a friendly and approachable nature.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English; additional language skills are highly advantageous.
- Capability to handle guest requests and preferences efficiently, calmly, and with politeness.
- A cooperative team member with a positive mindset and strong dedication to work.
- Ability to remain composed and effective under pressure.
