Collaborating closely with the Front Office team, you will assist guests proactively throughout their stay, delivering personalized and attentive service. A sound understanding of all hotel facilities and activities will enable you to confidently engage guests, build trust, and embody the brand's high standards.

Candidate Profile

You should bring at least one year of experience in a similar luxury hotel position, demonstrating professionalism, excellent communication, and attention to detail. Being well organized, solutions-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting is essential. A collaborative and proactive mindset is critical to thrive in this role.
