About the role
Georgiou is hiring an experienced Document Controller to support the Tonkin Extension Alliance team in Western Australia. In this role, you will keep project information accurate, organised, and moving to the right people at the right time, helping ensure the work stays aligned with project standards and requirements.

What you’ll be doing
You will work closely with engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to make sure everyone has access to the latest project documents and information. Your work will help keep the project organised, compliant, and efficient.
- Receive, process, and issue project documents in both directions
- Keep document registers and project records up to date
- Circulate drawings, specifications, and other project files
- Support teams in maintaining document consistency and compliance
- Track document reviews, comments, and approvals
- Assist with quality records and project reporting tasks
- Communicate with consultants, subcontractors, and other project contacts
- Help with project handover and close-out documentation
What you’ll need
- Experience in a Document Controller role or a similar administrative position
- Background in construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Comfort using Microsoft Office
- Experience with Aconex, TeamBinder, or a similar document management platform is an advantage
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work well in a busy team setting
