Role Overview

The District Account Manager for Goa will support MedTech sales with a focus on clinical and specialty physician engagement. The role involves building and executing programs, strengthening customer relationships, and contributing to sales growth through data-informed strategies and market insights.

Key Responsibilities

The position contributes to initiatives that support clinical sales for specialty physicians and helps implement projects, programs, and process improvements within the function. It requires assessing market trends and the competitive environment to improve sales strategy and business outcomes.

The role also involves creating growth opportunities by analyzing customer data, shaping retention strategies, handling customer account issues, and advising physicians on the clinical features and usage techniques of products.

In addition, the incumbent is expected to strengthen competitive positioning through innovative sales approaches and apply Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in everyday teamwork and interactions.

Compensation and Benefits

This is a salaried role and is eligible for sales incentives and commissions.
