Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-focused Dispatcher/Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role involves scheduling bulk agricultural shipments across Canada and the U.S., dispatching drivers efficiently, and managing customer service with professionalism and promptness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and book bulk agricultural shipments between Canadian and U.S. locations.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely and efficient transportation.
• Address customer service inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience working as a dispatcher.
• Familiarity with customs procedures in both the United States and Canada.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to perform well under pressure.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills with great attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the agricultural industry is considered an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting salary of $80,000 annually.
• Health and dental coverage available after 90 days of employment.
• Payroll deposits processed weekly directly to employees.
