Dispatch Executive

About the Role

The Dispatch Executive position offers an opportunity to manage and coordinate dispatch operations effectively with major e-commerce platforms such as Flipkart, Amazon, and Shopify. This role requires overseeing order processing, loading supervision, and ensuring seamless communication between teams to maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee order processing and handover for Flipkart, Amazon, and Shopify platforms.
• Coordinate operations related to Service Level Agreement (SLA) orders, ensuring timely execution.
• Supervise physical loading of shipments to verify accuracy and efficiency.
• Generate and share data for shipped orders to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain and organize pre-calling data for operational readiness.
• Collaborate with the Call Center (CC) team to facilitate smooth communication and issue resolution.
• Handle replacements by managing booking and shipping processes diligently.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience in managing order dispatch and coordination with e-commerce platforms is preferred.
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills to manage physical loading activities.
• Ability to maintain detailed records and generate accurate shipment data.
• Efficient communication skills for coordination with internal teams such as the CC team.
• Problem-solving skills to manage replacement bookings and shipments effectively.

Perks

• Salary range between ₹15,000 to ₹18,500 per month.
