About the Role
Join PwC Ireland as a Senior Manager or Director in HR Technology advisory within the Advisory line of service. This role involves leading complex HR technology transformation initiatives and working alongside senior partners in multifaceted environments to deliver lasting outcomes through innovation and expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead extensive HR technology transformation projects across diverse industry sectors.
- Provide expert guidance on choosing, implementing, and optimizing major HR platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and Workday.
- Formulate and implement HR technology strategies that align with organizational goals, workforce requirements, and digital transformation plans.
- Manage the design and execution of HR operating models, process enhancements, and change management efforts.
- Establish and nurture trusted advisor relationships with Chief Human Resource Officers (CHROs) and senior HR executives.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including technology, change management, and data analytics specialists to deliver cohesive solutions.
- Drive business growth through proposal preparation, client presentations, and thought leadership contributions.
- Support and mentor junior team members, promoting a culture of innovation and high performance.
Candidate Profile
- Over 10 years of experience in HR technology consulting or transformations, preferably within a Big Four or top consultancy environment.
- Comprehensive functional and technical expertise in at least one leading HRIS platform—SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or Workday—with multi-platform experience being advantageous.
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end HR technology implementations and strategic change programs.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes including talent management, core HR functions, payroll, learning systems, and workforce analytics.
- Experience cultivating senior client relationships and handling complex projects featuring multiple stakeholders.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications related to SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or Workday are required.
