Role Overview

As an integral part of the management team focusing on innovation management and system enablement, this role collaborates with peers in system innovation, public programs, and standardization to steer the evolution of Innovation Management at NXP. The position is responsible for crafting and advancing the global innovation strategy that bridges technology, business, and external ecosystem partnerships, unlocking growth and positioning innovation as a key driver for the company's sustainable success.

Key Responsibilities
