Direct Entry Captain – Airbus A350/A380

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated pilot to join us as a Direct Entry Captain flying A350 or A380 aircraft. Candidates must demonstrate technical excellence and extensive multi-crew, multi-engine flight experience. The ideal pilot should possess a minimum of 7,000 flying hours exclusively in the operating seat of turboprop and/or turbojet aircraft (simulator hours excluded).

Compensation and Benefits

• Tax-free annual compensation package of up to AED 1,185,000 (approximately USD 320,000).
• Annual take-home cash totaling AED 575,000 (USD 155,000), which includes basic salary and flying allowances.
• Monthly average take-home pay of AED 48,000 (USD 13,000), based on approximately 85 flight hours per month.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 7,000 hours total flying time, excluding piston aircraft, rotary-wing aircraft, and P3 hours.
• A minimum of 150 flight hours within the past 12 months as a Captain on Airbus Fly-By-Wire (FBW) aircraft.
• Possession of a valid ICAO ATPL with a matching Class 1 Medical Certificate (Authority) without restrictions other than visual correction.
• ICAO English language proficiency at level 5 or above.

Additional Requirements for A380 Captains

• Minimum 3,000 hours as Pilot in Command on Airbus FBW wide-body aircraft (A330/A340/A350/A380).
• Current experience as Captain on Airbus FBW wide-body aircraft.

Additional Requirements for A350 Captains

• At least 3,000 hours as Pilot in Command on any Airbus FBW aircraft (A320/A330/A340/A350/A380).
• Current role as Captain on Airbus FBW aircraft.

Note: Airbus FBW classification excludes the A220 model.
