Overview
Are you passionate about digital platforms and enjoy transforming innovative ideas into impactful campaigns? We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist based in Auckland or Wellington with 3 to 5 years of experience to join a vibrant Auckland agency. You will play a critical role managing a diverse set of client projects, handling paid digital marketing channels such as Meta, Google, and TikTok.
Role and Responsibilities
You will be fully engaged in all stages of campaign delivery including setup, audience targeting, optimization, analysis, and reporting. Your hands-on approach will help you manage budgets efficiently, build and optimize campaigns, and translate client briefs into actionable strategies. You will partner closely with creative, strategy, and client service teams to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and effectively. Maintaining multiple campaign workflows and documentation precisely will be essential.
Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and enjoys uncovering insights beyond surface-level data, identifying opportunities to test and improve campaign outcomes. Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset toward improving efficiencies through workflow innovations and automation are key. Familiarity with GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, Shopify, HubSpot, or Klaviyo is advantageous, but a strong commercial sense and eagerness to learn about digital marketing are most important.
