Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role

Kezza Hair And Skin Clinic Private Limited is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, responsible for planning, creating, and overseeing advertising campaigns on Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram to support various cosmetic and wellness services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute advertising campaigns tailored to services including Hair Transplant, Skin Treatments, Weight Loss, Botox, Fillers, Laser Hair Removal, and Anti-Aging.
• Efficiently manage monthly ad budgets to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
• Develop and optimize campaigns focused on lead generation, conversions, website traffic, and remarketing.
• Implement and handle Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Events Manager, and related tracking tools.
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Continuously monitor campaign metrics such as cost per click (CPC), cost per lead (CPL), click-through rate (CTR), and conversion rates, and apply optimizations accordingly.
• Create retargeting strategies targeting website visitors, WhatsApp lead engagement, and abandoned inquiries to improve conversions.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, videos, and promotional materials.
• Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Stay informed on competitor advertising strategies and incorporate innovative tactics to improve campaign performance.
• Focus efforts on enhancing lead quality and reducing consultation acquisition costs.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly payment ranging between 15,000 and 30,000 INR.
