Overview

A growing creative agency located in Derbyshire is expanding its digital team and seeking experienced Digital Designers for midweight and senior roles, offering a salary range of £35,000 to £65,000 depending on expertise. This role combines working across UX, UI, and web projects, with a hybrid work pattern requiring four days onsite and one remote day per week.

Positions Available

Senior Digital Designer (1 vacancy):

• Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital design.
• Confident in leading design projects and managing client relationships directly.
• Experienced in mentoring junior designers and guiding the overall design strategy.
• Preferred experience with enterprise eCommerce platforms and content management systems such as Salesforce and AEM.
• Potential for career advancement towards a Design Director role.

Midweight Digital Designers (1-2 vacancies):

• Approximately 2 or more years of digital design experience.
• Suitable for strong junior designers looking to advance or current midweight designers.
• Experience in working within a fast-paced agency setting.
• Clear opportunities for promotion into senior design roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage holistic UX, UI, web, and interactive design projects from conception through completion.
• Develop wireframes, sitemaps, and detailed, polished design deliverables.
• Effectively present design concepts and ideas within the team and to clients.
• Collaborate closely with development teams and other departments.
• Assume full ownership of projects or assist on larger assignments based on experience level.
