Job Location and Mode

This role is based in Pune and Bangalore, India, operating in a hybrid work model.

Role Summary

We seek an experienced DevOps and AI Automation Engineer with substantial skills in Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Python programming, continuous integration and delivery automation, and Artificial Intelligence agent development. The role involves creating intelligent automation solutions, developing AI-driven automation agents, streamlining enterprise workflows, establishing CI/CD pipelines, and linking cloud and enterprise systems through Python and API integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design AI agents and smart automation solutions for enterprise applications.
• Leverage Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform to build and configure automation tools.
• Create automation workflows via Power Automate, integrating them with enterprise systems and APIs.
• Develop robust Python scripts, automation utilities, backend services, and RESTful APIs.
• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Automate application build, testing, packaging, release, and deployment operations.
• Integrate AI agents with cloud services, databases, APIs, and enterprise business workflows.
• Construct complex workflows involving API integrations, tool interactions, approval processes, and error handling.
• Deploy and maintain cloud-native services on Microsoft Azure.
• Employ Infrastructure as Code utilities like Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep.
• Utilize containerization and orchestration tools including Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Kubernetes Service, and Helm for application deployment.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and automation of operational processes.
• Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams spanning development, infrastructure, security, business units, and operations to deliver scalable automation solutions.

Mandatory Skill Requirements

• Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform: Proven expertise with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform, including development of Power Automate workflows and integration with enterprise applications and APIs.
• Python Programming: Solid hands-on experience with Python for automation, including script development, backend services, and API creation; knowledge of frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask, and strong familiarity with REST APIs and JSON.
• CI/CD and DevOps: Demonstrated ability in designing and managing continuous integration and delivery pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins. Familiarity with Git version control, branching strategies, and release management.
• AI Agent Development: Experience constructing AI or intelligent agents involving orchestration, tool interaction, workflows, and API integrations. Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and agent-based AI is highly valued.
• Azure Cloud Expertise: Strong background with Microsoft Azure platform and services including Azure AI Services, Azure Functions, App Services, Key Vault, Azure Monitor, and preferably Azure AI Foundry.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID administration.
• Knowledge of infrastructure management tools such as Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep.
• Proficiency with containerization and orchestration tooling like Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, and Helm.
• Understanding of DevSecOps principles, security compliance, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience working with LLM applications, RAG frameworks, vector databases, or multi-agent AI systems.
