Overview

Victoria Hagan Interiors invites applications for a full-time Designer position to join our New York City studio. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a prestigious interior design firm known nationally for its upscale residential projects. The Designer will collaborate within a creative team and engage in the comprehensive design lifecycle, from initial concepts and drafting through sourcing, client presentations, and on-site installation.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior design staff across several projects simultaneously.
• Develop item proposals and prepare billing packages for clients.
• Contribute through the entire design process including conceptual development, drafting, sourcing, presenting, and overseeing installations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design or a related discipline.
• Minimum two years experience managing luxury residential interiors from concept to installation.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and PowerPoint applications.
• Familiarity with Photoshop and Studio Designer software.
• Strong organizational skills ensuring efficient time management and multitasking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Sharp attention to detail paired with a refined aesthetic taste.
• Capability to juggle multiple priorities while adhering to deadlines.
• Passion for upscale residential design coupled with knowledge of luxury furniture and finish materials.
