Job description
Overview
Teletrac Navman, a leading provider of GPS fleet management software, is seeking a Deployment Coordinator to ensure the efficient and accurate rollout of its innovative technology solutions. This role involves coordinating installations and services to improve business efficiency, safety, and productivity across New Zealand.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the deployment and delivery of Teletrac Navman solutions in designated regions.
- Manage installation and service activities, ensuring alignment with service expectations.
- Create and maintain accurate work orders including details of customers, assets, and installation requirements.
- Schedule and dispatch installers based on availability and job needs.
- Track job progress and follow up on any delays or outstanding tasks.
- Manage rescheduling of failed appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Keep system information updated promptly across relevant platforms.
- Prioritize assigned queues and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Communicate effectively with installers, contractors, customers, and internal teams to facilitate job completion.
- Identify and escalate complex or at-risk jobs as necessary.
- Advocate continuous process improvements by spotting inefficiencies and data concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams during implementation as required.
- Maintain professional communication with all stakeholders.
- Assist in scheduling and resource planning for both standard and complex work.
- Provide support for on-demand activities including case management and parts coordination.
- Verify that work orders are complete with financial and administrative readiness.
- Collect and relay customer feedback appropriately.
- Offer assistance to internal partners as needed.

Previous experience with GPS or fleet technology is advantageous but not mandatory. Applicants must have authorization to work in New Zealand.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is NZD 50,000 to 65,000 annually.
