About the Role
A well-established dental clinic in Kolkata is looking for a female receptionist to join its front office team. The position also comes with complete training so the selected candidate can support the dentist as a chairside dental assistant when needed.
Front Desk and Patient Handling
- Welcome patients at reception, arrange appointments, and answer incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Track patient movement and help keep the waiting area organized and running smoothly.
Billing and Accounts
- Handle payment collection, prepare invoices, and support the upkeep of daily cash and account records.
Chairside Support and Sterilization
- Assist the dentist during procedures after receiving training for the role.
- Prepare treatment instruments, clean them properly, sterilize them, and set them up before use.
Candidate Profile
The clinic is seeking a lady receptionist who can manage both patient-facing reception duties and basic clinical support responsibilities after training.
