Dental Assistant

Job Overview

We are looking for a Dental Assistant to join Rachana's Dental Clinic in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This role involves preparing treatment areas, supporting dentists during procedures, managing dental tools, and maintaining patient records to ensure efficient and safe dental care.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare the dental operatory prior to each patient appointment.
• Sterilize and organize dental instruments to maintain hygiene standards.
• Assist the dentist during procedures by handing instruments and operating suction.
• Take and process dental x-rays if trained and authorized to do so.
• Mix dental substances including impression materials and cement as needed.
• Prepare patients for treatments and deliver simple post-care guidance.
• Manage patient records accurately and schedule appointments efficiently.
• Clean and disinfect treatment rooms following every patient to uphold sanitation.
• Oversee dental inventory and order supplies to ensure availability.
• Comply strictly with infection control and sterilization guidelines to maintain safety.

Additional Job Details

• Salary ranges from 4000 to 10000 INR per month.
