About the Role
AIV Entrepreneurs Private Limited is urgently hiring a Delivery Operations Team Leader to oversee operations associated with SWIGGY and ZEPTO in Madhapur, Hyderabad. This full-time position involves managing delivery teams, ensuring daily targets are met, and maintaining accurate reports to support smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the entire delivery operations team effectively.
- Monitor and manage daily team performance and targets rigorously.
- Handle candidate follow-ups and coordination activities.
- Provide consistent support to all team members.
- Maintain daily records using Excel/MIS reporting tools.
- Manage candidate documentation and coordination processes.
- Address and resolve queries from both team members and candidates promptly.
- Ensure completion of daily operational targets efficiently.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least one year of experience in Delivery, Blue-collar staffing, Logistics, E-commerce, or Operations preferred.
- Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
Additional Details
- Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India.
- Shift Timings: Day shift from 10 AM to 7 PM.
- Employment Type: Full-time.

- Salary Range: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month.
