Job description
Role Overview
Hind Hire is urgently looking to recruit Delivery Boys for handling deliveries of kids' toy products. The job is based at the hub located in Kalkaji, Delhi.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver kids' toy products within a 25 km radius from the hub.
- Operate using a two-wheeler vehicle.
- Ensure timely delivery as per schedule.
Working Hours and Shifts
- Work for 10 hours daily.
- Shifts available: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 1:30 PM to 11:30 PM.
- Operational for 26 to 27 days per month.
Compensation
- Monthly salary of ₹18,000.
- Daily attendance bonus of ₹50, amounting to approximately ₹19,500 take-home.
- Petrol allowance of ₹5,000 per month.
- If daily bike mileage exceeds 100 km, additional payment of ₹3 per km beyond that distance.
