Job Overview

We are looking for delivery agents to pick up grocery or parcel orders from Blinkit's dark stores and promptly deliver them to customers, aiming for delivery times around 10–20 minutes. This role primarily involves fieldwork using a bike or scooter and requires use of the Blinkit Partner App to maintain performance metrics like ratings and punctuality.

Work Schedule and Salary

The role offers flexible shift options including morning, evening, and night shifts, and can be part-time or full-time depending on your availability. Earnings are based on the number of orders completed plus incentives and petrol allowances, rather than a fixed salary.

• Estimated earnings per order range between ₹20 to ₹35.
• Typical monthly income for regular full-time work is ₹20,000 to ₹30,000.
• High performers who work long hours can earn between ₹40,000 to ₹70,000 monthly.
• Exceptional effort combined with incentives and bonuses can generate income exceeding ₹80,000 per month.

To achieve a monthly income of ₹40,000 to ₹50,000, one must commit 10–12+ hours daily, complete 25–40+ deliveries per day, work during peak hours mostly in busy city locations, and leverage bonuses and petrol allowances.

Important Notes

Income is variable and depends on several factors such as order availability, demand in the working area, your work hours, and fuel expenses (which you will cover). Some days might yield lower earnings.

Example calculation per day: 30 deliveries × ₹25 = ₹750 plus incentives of ₹200–₹500 leading to a daily total of ₹900–₹1200, which translates to ₹25,000–₹40,000 monthly if working 26 days.

• Personal two-wheeler (bike or scooter) and valid driving license.
