Key Responsibilities

• Create and design curricula for educational and training programs within the social studies domain.
• Oversee the compilation of course information, schedules, and admission and graduation requirements by managing staff activities.
• Lead recruitment and hiring efforts for educators and other staff members.
• Guide research initiatives and curriculum development through delegated leadership.
• Administer and regulate budgets pertaining to projects, programs, support services, and equipment.
• Advise on faculty appointments and approve related decisions.
• Propose and sanction curriculum changes, additions, and the scheduling of courses.

Supervisory Scope

Manage and provide oversight for a team exceeding 20 people, ensuring alignment with institutional goals.
