Role Overview
This is an individual contributor position for someone who will act as a dependable partner to EMEA sales teams and related stakeholders. The role centers on pricing support, quote validation, commercial governance, and helping transactions move smoothly across multiple countries.
You will work closely with cross-functional partners to shape pricing recommendations, support competitive commercial outcomes, and maintain compliance with booking, contractual, and operational requirements. The role suits someone who can think critically, work carefully, and operate independently in a fast-moving international environment.
Key Duties
- Be the main contact for EMEA sales teams on quoting, pricing, and commercial process questions.
- Review customer and account details using Salesforce and other internal systems.
- Support sales with pricing recommendations, transaction structure checks, eligibility reviews, and quote validation against pricing and product rules.
- Work with Sales Operations, Legal, Finance, Professional Services, and Order Management to meet business and audit expectations across the region.
- Make sure all necessary approvals for discounts, unusual commercial terms, and contract exceptions are recorded and secured in line with policy.
- Guide internal teams by explaining deal requirements and the business context behind transactions.
- Assist with transactions across multiple EMEA markets while accounting for local conditions and operational needs.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Sales Support, or Order Management is preferred.
- Background in software or SaaS is considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical judgment and the ability to interpret information for commercial decision-making.
- Comfort using CPQ and AI platforms, Salesforce, and Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas and reporting.
- Ability to work autonomously in a matrixed, international business environment.
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships across global and regional teams.
- Clear communication, strong organization, and solid problem-solving abilities.
- Experience supporting dispersed sales teams and cross-border commercial processes.
