Role Overview

The company is looking for a Sales Engineering Manager to build and lead a strong Sales Engineer team in collaboration with regional sales leadership in Saudi Arabia. The role is based in Riyadh and involves guiding a team of sales engineers, primarily located there, to create pipeline, win new and expansion business, and deliver great customer outcomes on the human-centric security platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with regional sales leaders and senior team members to define and carry out a growth strategy.
  • Own technical selling and customer satisfaction efforts within the commercial team, including account penetration and expansion planning.
