Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our team in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in predictive analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling to develop impactful predictive models and dashboards, particularly with a background in higher education analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize predictive analytics and machine learning techniques to analyze complex datasets.
- Develop predictive models to support institutional decision-making processes.
- Create insightful dashboards for data visualization and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of practical experience in Data Science roles.
- Proficient in Python, SQL, predictive analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling.
Preferred Experience
- Background in higher education analytics is strongly favored.
- Familiarity with Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MOHESR), Outcome-Based Education Framework (OBEF), institutional research, learning analytics, student retention strategies, enrollment forecasting, or academic performance analysis.
- Experience handling student information systems and educational datasets.
