Data Quality Analyst (Document Reviewer)

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Document Reviewer to join our team remotely on a contract basis. This role involves analyzing large volumes of both structured and unstructured data to ensure they meet accuracy and completeness standards. You will be tasked with identifying data quality issues, especially those related to Personal Identifiable Information (PII), and annotating or redacting sensitive data to uphold privacy and compliance requirements. Strict adherence to preset guidelines and workflows in data categorization and validation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Examine extensive data sets for accuracy and thoroughness.
• Spot issues and risks concerning PII data quality.
• Label, classify, and redact confidential information to ensure privacy compliance.
• Adhere to defined processes for categorizing and validating data.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to verify integrity and correctness of data outputs.
• Keep comprehensive records of document reviews and related actions for accountability.
• Work closely with the client’s team by effectively communicating findings and recommendations.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in document review, auditing, annotation, redaction, or classifying data on a large scale.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy in repetitive tasks.
• Understanding of managing and securing Personal Identifiable Information (PII).
• Effective written and oral communication skills for reporting and collaborating within teams.
• Ability to follow complicated instructions and conform to established data taxonomies.
• Experience in performing quality assurance or validation on large volumes of data.

Compensation and Commitment

This contract position offers a pay range between $63 to $119 per hour. The workload varies from 10 to 40 hours per week, based on project requirements.
