Role Summary

The Data and Performance Analyst will function as the key analytics and performance measurement specialist within the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office. Their primary responsibility is to convert diverse operational, financial, and organizational datasets into meaningful insights that support decision-making and strategic planning by agency leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data from multiple agency systems including law enforcement operations, detention, human resources, and finance.
