Data Analyst

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a partner organization linked with Haystack. The Data Analyst will collaborate closely with operations leaders and venue clients to evaluate business performance, diagnose obstacles, and provide data-supported recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze performance metrics from diverse sources including labor tracking, Point of Sale systems, and inventory management.
• Create and deliver impactful visualizations and reports, facilitating clear communication of insights and suggested actions to stakeholders.
• Lead efforts in generating essential performance reporting tailored for operations teams and clients.
• Utilize consumer analytics to examine purchasing behaviors, influencing pricing strategies and product assortment decisions.
• Investigate emerging artificial intelligence tools and technologies to advance business workflows and fulfill data science objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in analytical roles.
• Proficiency in advanced data analysis and spreadsheet modeling techniques.
• Moderate knowledge of SQL, Python, or R for data processing.
• Awareness of AI applications in business with enthusiasm for adopting new AI technologies.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, capable of engaging with different management levels.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and time management abilities.
