About the Team
DashMart is DoorDash’s retail and convenience store concept. Customers place orders for everyday essentials through the DoorDash app, and team members in the store pick, pack, and prepare those orders for delivery.
The inventory includes convenience-store staples, grocery essentials, and specialty food items, sourced from both well-known brands and local makers, chefs, and craftspeople.
Work schedules may include morning, day, evening, and weekend shifts. The role is listed as having part-time openings, and the posting also identifies a full-time employment type.
About the Role
- Pick customer orders from the store and pack them for handoff to delivery drivers.
- Receive stock, manage inventory levels, and keep track of product shelf life and spoilage.
- Maintain a tidy, well-organized warehouse or store back-of-house area.
- Handle substitutions carefully and make sure customer approval is obtained when needed.

What We’re Looking For

- Ability to stay on your feet and perform warehouse tasks, including lifting up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Compensation
The base pay for this position is CAD 17.50 per hour. Pay may be adjusted based on relevant job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
